A NEW WAY: The IFLAC Pave Peace Network presents this much needed new mode of thinking. It introduces us to a radical new way of realizing the latent possibilities of our potential influence to abolish and outlaw the concept and practice of warfare.

PURPOSE: To outlaw war by developing and implementing the theory and practice of paving a world beyond war, by using literature and culture, in their broadest sense, including ethical values, history and religions. In spreading the required innovative culture of peace, instead of the culture of violence which is nowadays rampant all over the world, we will make use of all our modern technologies - the computer, the internet, satellites, television and radio, as well as all other media. Through a powerful and influential network of national and international Culture of Peace Satellites and Media, working together, we will promote the creation of a global village beyond war at the threshold of our third millennium.

A LEAP INTO CONSCIOUSNESS: The IFLAC Pave Peace Network brings awareness and technique to the baffled citizen of his/her power as an individual, or part of a group or an association - to contribute some of his/her energy, thinking and creativity, toward the abolishment of violence and of warfare, and the urgently required building of a world beyond war.

THE ABOLITION OF FAMINE AND HUNGER IN THE WORLD

We believe that with the aid of IPPN, and with working all together towards a New World Beyond War, FAMINE and hunger will gradually be reduced, and can eventually be OVERCOME. Also, in a world beyond war, where a great part of human resources will go to creating and building, and not to destroying, new creative, ethical, moral, literary and cultural peaks can be reached ALL OVER our global village.
